1. About CoreZRO & Scope of Terms
These Terms and Conditions govern access to, use of the web platform at www.corezro.com, and the provision of professional services by CoreZRO (referred to herein as "Provider", "CoreZRO", "we", or "us") to corporate entities, commercial companies, trade partnerships, or independent professionals (referred to as "Client" or "you").
CoreZRO is a specialized B2B commercial systems and operations firm founded by Cotia Cosmin (CEO) and Ovidiu Tulbure (CTO). Our primary communication channels are contact@corezro.com and +40 750 207 273.
2. Scope of Our Services (The 5 Pillars)
CoreZRO delivers commercial operations services structured around five core pillars, available individually or as an integrated system:
2.1. Pillar 01: Client Generation (B2B Lead Generation & ICP Qualification)
CoreZRO identifies, verifies, qualifies, and enriches prospective accounts within the Client's market, based on a mutually agreed Ideal Customer Profile (ICP):
- Targeting & Market Filtering: Filtering companies by quantitative business criteria (industry, NACE/SIC code, annual revenue, employee count, geographic footprint, technology stack).
- Decision-Maker Qualification: Identifying relevant executive decision-makers (e.g., CEO, VP of Sales, COO, CTO, Procurement Director).
- Data Validation: Automated email syntax and MX checks combined with manual verification to maintain hard bounce rates under 3-5%.
- Direct CRM Ingestion: Delivering qualified records via secure export formats (CSV/XLSX) or direct API synchronization into the Client’s CRM (Odoo, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, etc.).
2.2. Pillar 02: Market Analysis (Commercial Intelligence)
Structured research into the Client's market ecosystem to determine expansion readiness and demand:
- Quantitative sizing of Total Addressable Market (TAM), Serviceable Addressable Market (SAM), and Serviceable Obtainable Market (SOM).
- Tracking active buying intent signals, industry budget cycles, and macroeconomic timing factors.
- Deliverables include strategic research dossiers and go-to-market recommendations.
2.3. Pillar 03: Competitive Analysis (Benchmarking & Positioning)
Detailed benchmarking of direct and indirect industry competitors:
- Comparison of competitor pricing tiers, service bundles, contract models, and value propositions.
- Identifying underserved market niches and developing sales enablement assets (objection-handling scripts, sales battlecards).
- All intelligence is gathered exclusively through lawful, ethical, and publicly verifiable open-source intelligence (OSINT).
2.4. Pillar 04: Business Development & Sales (Outbound Strategy & Closing Advisory)
Active commercial pipeline orchestration and sales advisory:
- Engineering personalized outbound messaging sequences (email, professional business networks, multi-touch cadence).
- Securing high-intent commercial meetings with qualified decision-makers (appointment setting).
- Deal-closing advisory: pipeline audit, deal stall recovery, and commercial proposal structuring.
2.5. Pillar 05: ERP Implementation with Odoo (Integrated Operations Architecture)
Consolidating company operations into a single, unified Odoo database:
- Process Discovery & Mapping: Auditing company workflows across quotation, sales orders, automated invoicing, warehouse inventory, procurement, and team timesheets.
- Configuration & Customization: Tailoring core Odoo modules to exact company operational specifications.
- Legacy Data Migration: Sanitizing, deduplicating, and importing historical customer, product, and financial records from spreadsheets or legacy software.
- User Training & Hypercare: Staff onboarding and dedicated post-launch operational support.
3. "5 Free Qualified Leads & Consultation" Promotion
CoreZRO provides prospective corporate partners with a trial opportunity through our official intake forms:
- Offer Scope: Delivery of up to 5 verified prospective B2B client contacts matching the applicant’s target profile, accompanied by a 30-minute commercial advisory consultation.
- Limitation: Strictly limited to one promotional package per legal entity (verified via corporate domain or official company tax ID).
- Eligibility & Reservation of Rights: CoreZRO maintains sole discretion to evaluate and decline requests if the applicant is not an active B2B business, if the requested ICP is unfeasible, or if the inquiry originates from industries that conflict with our professional standards.
4. Client Obligations & Responsibilities
To ensure the success of any engagement, the Client undertakes to:
- Provide accurate, comprehensive, and timely information regarding their products, commercial pricing, service capabilities, and operational limits;
- Review and sign off promptly on outbound email sequences, positioning briefs, and ERP system technical specifications;
- Appoint an internal project lead empowered to make operational decisions and attend alignment sessions;
- Contact qualified prospect leads introduced by CoreZRO in an expedient, professional manner;
- Provide secure, dedicated credentials with minimum necessary privileges for any CRM or ERP integrations.
5. Intellectual Property Rights & Deliverables
5.1. CoreZRO Intellectual Property
All proprietary methodologies, search algorithms, data enrichment pipelines, prompt architectures, software connectors, educational frameworks, trademarks, and graphic assets remain the exclusive property of CoreZRO.
5.2. Client Rights in Data & Reports
The Client retains all ownership rights in internal proprietary business data, existing client files, and confidential materials provided to CoreZRO. Custom market research and competitive intelligence dossiers compiled and paid for in full become the property of the Client for internal business use.
5.3. Odoo Licensing Framework
Odoo software is owned by Odoo S.A. The Client is responsible for adhering to the LGPLv3 license terms (Community) or procuring commercial licenses from Odoo S.A. (Enterprise), unless expressly bundled in a Statement of Work.
6. Service Fees, Invoicing & Payment Terms
- Commercial Terms: Pricing for CoreZRO services is quoted in Euros (EUR) or Romanian Lei (RON) and detailed in individual Statements of Work (SOW) or signed proposals.
- Payment Methods: Invoices are payable via bank wire transfer against formal tax invoices issued in compliance with applicable fiscal legislation.
- Payment Due Date: Invoices are due within 5 to 14 calendar days of issue, as stipulated in the relevant agreement.
- Late Payments: In the event of overdue invoices, CoreZRO reserves the right to suspend ongoing lead deliveries, CRM data flows, or active ERP development until outstanding balances are settled.
7. Commercial Warranties & Limitation of Liability
CoreZRO operates under a standard of professional diligence (obligation of means). Because final contract closing depends upon factors outside our control (including Client pricing competitiveness, product-market fit, delivery timelines, and the competence of the Client's internal sales team), CoreZRO does not warrant specific closed revenues or guaranteed contracts, except for quantitative deliverables expressly committed to in writing.
7.1. Contact Quality Guarantee & Lead Replacement
CoreZRO warrants that delivered leads match the agreed Ideal Customer Profile criteria. If any delivered records exhibit permanent delivery failures (hard bounces) within 14 days of delivery, CoreZRO replaces those records free of charge.
7.2. Odoo ERP Implementation Warranty
Custom module developments and workflows engineered by CoreZRO carry an operational warranty (hypercare) period of 30 to 60 calendar days following User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sign-off, covering the prompt remediation of functional bugs within the agreed specifications.
7.3. Financial Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CoreZRO's aggregate liability for any claims arising out of an engagement shall be strictly limited to the total fees actually paid by the Client to CoreZRO under the relevant SOW during the three (3) months preceding the claim. Under no circumstances shall CoreZRO be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, business interruptions, or lost enterprise opportunities.
8. Mutual Confidentiality & Trade Secrets
Both parties agree to treat as strictly confidential all non-public commercial data, pricing models, prospect lists, technical architectures, and trade secrets disclosed during commercial discussions or contractual execution:
- Confidential information shall not be disclosed to any third party without prior written authorization, except to employees and contractors who have a need to know and are bound by equivalent non-disclosure terms;
- Confidentiality obligations remain in effect during the collaboration and for 3 years following contract termination;
- CoreZRO may cite the Client's corporate name and logo in public portfolios only with the Client’s prior consent.
9. Data Protection (GDPR) & DPA Framework
Personal data processing within our services is governed by the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 - GDPR) and detailed in our Privacy Policy:
- CoreZRO as Independent Data Controller: In gathering B2B prospect data from public registries and handling web inquiries, CoreZRO operates as a Data Controller based on Legitimate Interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) for professional commercial development.
- CoreZRO as Data Processor: In Odoo ERP projects involving Client customer, vendor, or employee records, the Client is the Data Controller and CoreZRO acts as Data Processor under Article 28 GDPR, governed by a formal Data Processing Agreement (DPA).
10. Term, Suspension & Contract Termination
- Termination for Cause: Either party may terminate immediately upon written notice if the other party commits a material breach and fails to remedy it within 15 calendar days of receipt of formal notice.
- Termination of Retainers: For monthly recurring commercial retainers, either party may terminate by providing written notice at least thirty (30) days prior to the start of the next billing cycle.
- Post-Termination Obligations: Upon termination, the Client shall pay for all work performed and accepted up to the termination date, and CoreZRO will securely deliver or delete Client records.
11. Force Majeure & Unforeseen Events
Neither party shall be liable for failure or delay in performing contractual obligations if caused by an event beyond reasonable control (force majeure), including natural disasters, acts of government, national grid failures, or armed conflict. The impacted party must notify the other within 5 business days and take reasonable mitigation measures.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions and all agreements between CoreZRO and the Client are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania and European Union regulations.
Disputes will be handled amicably where possible. If unresolved within thirty (30) days, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Romania.

CoreZRO reserves the right to periodically update these Terms. The current version will always be published on this page with the revision date.
